Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Yield: 1 1/2 c. edible cookie dough
Preparation: 20 min.


Edible Cookie Dough
120g all-purpose flour, heat treated! (1 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
115g unsalted butter (1/2 c.)
105g light brown sugar (1/2 c.)
50g granulated sugar (1/4 c.)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk, any kind
120g mini semi sweet chocolate chips (1/2 c.)

Instructions

Heat Treat Flour (Important! Do NOT skip!)
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spread the flour evenly on a clean baking sheet and bake for approximately 5 minutes, until the flour registers 165F (74C). Place the flour aside to cool.

Edible Cookie Dough
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, approximately 4 minutes. Add in the vanilla, milk, and salt. Mix until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and add in the flour and chocolate chips and mix until combined. Serve, and enjoy!


Storage
Store the edible cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within 4-5 days of making. Enjoy!
